Best Free Sweepstakes Apps

Some of the links may be from a sponsor. Advertising Disclosure

If you love giveaways and don’t want to spend money entering these raffles or joining a website, then did you know there are quite a few free and legitimate apps out there that can help you find sweepstakes daily?  All you have to do is enter your information and cross your fingers that you win.

Now, the problem is that the internet as well as the app store is littered with a ton of garbage.  Some sweepstakes apps/websites charge you while others will lead you to “offers” that only make the website owner cash.  This can be frustrating and misleading.  There are a lot of good ones out there.  You just need to know where to look.

In today’s post, let’s talk about the many reputable sweepstakes apps that you should download on your phone to hopefully win it big.

Best Free Sweepstakes Apps

NOTE:  Try to avoid any of the casino/puzzle/coin pusher apps as these are mostly scams.  You will have to watch TONS of ads and usually are not worth your time.

PCH App

The Publishers Clearing House is probably one of the bigger names on the list, having been in business since 1967.  This fee app allows you to partake in daily raffles as well as massive raffles that pay some hefty cash prizes.  All you have to do mostly is watch an advertisement or two and then enter your name with the tokens you earn.  If you do decide to download this app, I highly recommend you use an email filter as they seem to send a lot of sleazy emails.

Sweepstakes Lite

Sweepstakes Lite is one of the more highly rated apps on the Google Play Store.  What I like about this app is that you can choose which kind of sweepstakes you’re looking for.  If you wanted a gift card sweepstakes, you could find it, etc.  This is an app that finds a lot of sweepstakes online and then compiles them into a list.  It will tell you the prize value, if the sweepstakes is open and how difficult the contest will be.

Enter to Win

The Enter to Win is a smaller app, but it’s a very well organized one.  The nice thing about the app is that they compile all of the sweepstakes online at the moment and let you know how “difficult” the sweepstakes can be.   Usually, the more popular it is, the more entries it will have.  This can give you an idea as to whether or not the contest is popular and is worth your time to enter.  You can also filter your results, such as cash only sweepstakes.

Big Time Cash

The Big Time Cash app is a pinch different in that you will play games and then earn tokens, in which you can enter raffles.  Unlike the other apps where you’re redirected to another site, this isn’t the case here as you technically have to “earn” your raffle tickets.  All raffles are in house, but I wanted to mention it here as it’s one of the more popular “sweepstakes-like” apps.

Final Thoughts

Honestly, there aren’t a lot of great sweepstakes apps, at least from what I researched.  I think you’re better off if you use a website, as there seems to be many more options to choose from.  Check out this post or this one if you want to know which sites are the best.  Most of these sites are mobile friendly and work much better than the apps mentioned above.  However, if you want the app, some options do exist.

That’s going to wrap it up.

As always, if you want to comment on your experience with the apps mentioned above or you want to add one to the list, you’re more than welcome to add your thoughts below.
