I know.
The title sounds really clickbaity. I totally get it, but what if I really told you that you could get free items on Amazon and there is no catch? 100% free!
If you’re still with me, I want to let it be known that I never fabricate my stories on here. And, if you have read any of my posts in the past, you know that I always get straight to the point and always offer solid advice, only recommending products I personally would use.
As most of us are frequent shoppers to Amazon, I wanted to share with you today a few strategies you can take advantage of right now if you want to snag some freebies.
Now, do keep in mind that you won’t be able to pick out anything on the website. Instead, I’m going to point you to some third-party websites, where you can browse their inventory and pick out something you’re interested in. I will explain much more in depth later on, I promise.
For now, let’s dive in and explore the many ways you can get free goods on Amazon.com.
First Off, Why Am I Getting Free Stuff?
Before I even get into the strategies and websites, I want to first tell you why you’re going to get free stuff. That way, when you put the two together, you can finally realize that I’m not tricking you nor am I leading you into a scam.
I know you’re still skeptical, so bear with me here.
To Gain More Sales
In short, as part of Amazon’s ranking algorithm, the more sales a seller receives, the higher than they can potentially rank when a buyer searches for a term. The higher you rank, the more sales you can organically receive. Again, this only part of how you rank, but it can help.
So, to artificially inflate this number, sellers will often entice buyers to buy their product and simply reimburse them for their purchase. Later on in this post, I will talk about the many websites that you can use to find these deals.
As many people try to create their own product and sell on Amazon, more and more people are spending lots of money to rank for very competitive keywords. Referred to as “Amazon FBA,” I encourage you to check out these books or YouTube videos if you want to learn how to make thousands, even millions by selling your own products on Amazon.
To Gain Positive Reviews
As yet another part of Amazon’s algorithm, great reviews can help a seller rank as well.
Now, just like reimbursing buyers for their purchase, asking for a positive review is against Amazon’s terms of service, but most the time, the seller is at risk, not the buyer since you will be using a third-party service anyways.
Like buying an item simply to help the sales numbers, this strategy works in the same way, only that you’re asked to leave a positive review before you get your money back.
To Clear Inventory
And lastly, as an Amazon FBA seller, Amazon will charge these sellers storage fees the longer their inventory sits. Sometimes, this can cost a seller hundreds of dollars per month and they are forced to pay it.
So, in some cases, instead of waiting for the items to sell and pay the storage fees, it’s actually cheaper to just give away the products to save on these said fees.
Next, I will talk about the many ways you can find free items on Amazon.
For now, I just wanted to let you know why these sellers are giving away free items just so you know you’re getting a free item.
How to Get Free Stuff on Amazon (The Best Amazon Review Sites)
Rebaid
At any time, Rebaid has hundreds of products with rebates up to 100%, and you can search the website for free to see what’s available at any time.
If you see any products that you like, you can click on the “claim rebate” button and then make the purchase on Amazon. After purchasing the item, you will have to confirm your purchase with Rebaid and wait for it to be processed. If approved, you can will receive your rebate, generally after you write a review. This is how a lot of the sites on this list work. You will write a review, get paid and you get to keep the product.
This is one of the largest Amazon review sites on the internet and they seem to always have a ton of products daily.

Free Money from Amazon
As of late, Amazon launched a program called Amazon Cash.
And how it works is that you head to one of the locations listed on the link below and ask for Amazon Cash. The clerk will then scan a special barcode on your phone, take your cash and then it will be deposited into your account.
The cool thing about this program is that Amazon is always offering free bonuses just for using the service, ranging anywhere from $5 to $10. It’s free money which you can then use for anything on Amazon. Not bad.
If you have at least $20 in cash, why not at least deposit it to snag a bonus?
To learn more about the program and how Amazon will send you free cash, click on the link below.

Free Baby Items
This was covered before in our free baby stuff guide, but nonetheless, it’s even more free stuff from Amazon.
To get free baby stuff from Amazon, the process is simple.
All they ask is that you sign up for a baby registry account (it’s free) and add items you need for your upcoming child.
Of course, I would only recommend doing so if you’re actually expecting a child. Other than that, you’re going to receive a lot of baby items that you probably have no use for.
And, if you’re thinking about reselling, think again as most of the items inside are small trial sized items.
From my research, the items inside are said to be a “surprise,” but it’s usually a bunch of samples, including diapers, wipes and more. All boxes seem to be different but you will get a lot of things you can use as a new mom and dad.

Free Beauty Items
This one is kind of free, but I just want to include it here just in case you’re interested in $12~ worth of beauty products.
What’s known as a “beauty sample box,” Amazon will ask you to purchase the box for $11.99, however, Amazon will only credit you $11.99 if you were to purchase any of the items inside of the box. It will be at random but could be a good choice if you like to try new beauty products.
So, technically, if you purchased a full-sized item of a sample you received, it technically would be free, but you’re just going to be limited.
These boxes tend to go fast, so be sure to buy one if you do see one in stock.

Cashbackbase
Cashbackbase is a discounted website solely for Amazon products, some of which are 100% free.
To get free stuff, click on a deal of interest, buy it from Amazon and then fill out the order information on Cashbackbase. In doing so, however, be as fast as possible because good deals tend to go quite fast.
As long as you follow the instructions closely, usually which entails leaving a review, then Cashbackbase will refund your money back.
Now, I know it sounds too good to be true, but leaning on the tips I mentioned earlier, a lot of your smaller sellers will use this service to help boost their sales, so essentially, you’re helping the seller and they are footing the bill to see their metrics rise.
For buyers, using Cashbackbase.com is fine, but for sellers, they do put their account at risk if Amazon were to catch on.

Join a Facebook Group
As you’re fully aware of now, Amazon sellers are willing to do just about anything to get their product to rank, including giving you their product for free as long as you leave a review.
While there are some okay websites to join, you’re often up against a lot of competition and there’s no guarantee you will even get one of these freebies. It’s tough to snag a freebie, trust me on this one.
This is where Facebook Groups come into play.
And, if you’re not familiar with them, there’s basically a group for everything. You name it, you can find it, and the same can be said about Amazon products as well.
There are a ton of them, but to find one, I recommend you search the Groups tab, as shown above, and proceed to join one that’s active. I would just make sure you add “U.S.,” “United States” or your country to ensure you’re matched with sellers you can actually buy from.
Then, once accepted into the group, be sure to read the group rules to figure out how you can connect with other sellers to receive your free goods.
There are a ton of Amazon review groups on Facebook, but before joining and mingling, just make sure you’re very careful when buying a product and getting reimbursed as there are, of course, a ton of scammers lurking online. These groups aren’t heavily monitored like the websites, so do proceed at your own risk.

Testzon
Testzon works just like Cashbackbase, only that it can be hard to find a 100% free deal. You can use the website’s pricing filter, however, to only show free items if you choose to do so. Again, just make sure you’re fast as the good freebies go fast.
Once you find a deal of interest, such as the one noted below in the screenshot, you will want to click on the “Review It” icon, sign in to your account (it’s free to join) and receive your discount code. Enter this discount code at check with Amazon and the item is yours to keep.
Now, the thing about Testzon is that they do ask you to share your feedback in exchange for the free items, however, they do state you only do so if you want to.
Check out the website daily as the deals always change.

AMZDiscover
AMZDiscover is a tool that helps buyers find free products on Amazon. And, while it’s geared toward Amazon sellers, it can work for buyers looking for Amazon freebies as well.
Unlike most of the websites I already mentioned, however, they do ask that you fill out a form on their website in order to approve you. Do keep in mind that they won’t approve all applications.
If you do get accepted, then the process is similar to the rest.
Find a product of choice and get reimbursed for your product as long as you leave a review.
If interested, you can sign up using the form linked below.

Freebies as an Amazon Prime Member
If you’re a member of Amazon Prime, then you may or may not already know that you’re entitled to a plethora of freebies aside from free two-day shipping.
Some of these freebies that may not know about include the following:
- Free 30-day Audible account (must e first-time customer)
- Amazon Music (grants access to downloads to millions of hit songs)
- Free Kindle Books
- 5 GB of storage via Amazon Drive
If you’re already a Prime member, be sure to take advantage of these Amazon freebies as you’re entitled to them!
If you want to learn, simply follow the links above for more information as to how you can take full advantage.
Look into Amazon Vine
This one isn’t a guarantee, but if you’re already writing good and helpful reviews on Amazon, then you may be invited to the Amazon Vine program.
From what I read, you will have to be invited by Amazon, but the selection is based on several criteria, ranging from the helpfulness of your review as judged by other customers to your particular interests. If you write a lot of great reviews on Amazon already and people tend to “like” your comments, then you could consider yourself as a candidate.
If you are lucky enough to get invited, then Amazon will send you a variety of free products, all of which they ask you to leave a review. The review isn’t necessary, but they do welcome your honest opinion, whether it’s good or bad.
To learn more about the program and how you can increase your chances of landing an invite, be sure to follow the link below.

Free Amazon Prime Account for Students
If you’re a college student, Amazon will offer you a free Amazon Prime account for six months.
After that, you can then extend your membership to half of that of a regular Prime account at $59 per year.
Yes, you will need to prove that you’re a student in the form a college I.D., email and/or transcripts, but if you haven’t taken advantage of a Prime account, this is a fantastic way to at least get a Prime account for six months at no cost.
Student Prime accounts are no different than a regular Prime account. You will still get access to all of the great benefits, including the perks I mentioned above and more.

Tomoson for Influencers
I only recommend Tomoson only if you have a following on some sort of social media outlet like Instagram, Twitter, etc. The website works by connecting influencers with brands that want more exposure for their products. You accept the bid, you post an advertisement and get a product and get paid for your time.
And how many followers you have really depends on the brand as you have to apply to campaigns in order to get accepted in the first place. I would say you should start to apply once you have more than 1,000 engaged followers.
Now, the cool thing about Tomoson is that you can not only receive the item, but many of the brands will pay you for the coverage as well, sometimes as much as $1,000+. You can also search for freebies as well. It’s really up to you as you can get the final say as to whether or not you want to work with the brand.
Again, if you want to take advantage, just make sure you have an active following that’s quite engaged as this is what brands are commonly looking for. This won’t be the easiest ways to get free Amazon products, but hey, it’s another option to consider. I always try my best to include every option.
To check out the campaigns and even add yourself to the company’s database, be sure to follow the link below for more information.

Amazon Giveaways (Sadly, it’s now retired!)
Amazon Giveaways is operated by Amazon itself, and while you can’t add an item to a cart and have it shipped for free, it’s a fantastic way to win something.
Now, I know. You have to win something, but hear me out.
Every day, Amazon sellers add thousands of items, simply meaning you can test your luck all day if you really want to. Most of the time, you just click on a box, as seen below, and see if you won. That’s it.
I usually log into Amazon Giveaways a few times a week and average about one to two wins a month. I have won an electric toothbrush, cooking trays and much more. Honestly, takes a few minutes of your day and is a lot of fun. By far one of the easiest way to snag some great Amazon freebies.
Take some time out of your day and at least click around on five items of interest. If you do this at least every day of the month, the odds are on your side and there’s a good chance you can at least win something at some point.

Final Thoughts
As you can see by now, there are a variety of ways to snag some freebies on Amazon.
And while most of the time, you won’t be able to just pick and choose what you want, there is a good chance you could find at least something of interest if you continue to check in on some of these websites daily.
Honestly, the best way to land some awesome freebies is usually by offering to purchase a product directly from a seller, promising to later honestly review it. Again, it’s against the Amazon TOS to do so but only the seller will get punished, not the buyer. That is why you will usually see these review websites saying that you should leave a review. It’s really up to you if you want to leave one or not.
Other than that, you can test out the other strategies as well, such as the giveaways, free sample boxes and more. You’re bound to get something!
As always, if I’m missing any strategies or you want to add to what I already said, you’re more than welcome to leave a comment below.
In the meantime, best of luck in your Amazon freebie hunt.
