It’s no secret that Fiverr is one of the most popular ways to make money with almost any online service you think of.  The only problem, at least to some, is that most of these higher-paying services require some sort of skill.  This isn’t always the case, however.

In today’s guide, I wanted to talk about some Fiverr ideas you can consider if you’re looking for a way to make money online that requires no skill.  Almost all of these options allow you to start almost immediately and can earn you cash in no time.

Now, if you’re unfamiliar with Fiverr, do let it be known that it can take some time to make money, as you won’t see sales come in on day one.  It’s going to take time to market yourself as well as build a reputation so that buyers can trust you.  That’s a whole another post.  For now, I recommend checking out the hundreds of YouTube videos to teach you how to succeed on the platform, regardless of what you’re selling.  As long as you have patience, you can succeed.

So, with that being said, let’s dive and explore some opportunities you can take advantage of right now.  As always, if I’m missing any, feel free to leave some options in the comments at the bottom.

How to Make Money on Fiverr Without Skills

Transcribing Audio, Subtitling, etc

Trust me, this isn’t a hard one at all and doesn’t require all that much skill as long as you can turn audio into words.  I have written about the many transcription companies that hire entry-level workers if you want to check it out.  Consider joining a few of these companies as well as posting your own service to see if there’s any interest.  Generally, most transcribers on Fiverr will charge by the audio minute.

Data Entry

Data entry is huge online and doesn’t require any skill at all.  It’s as simple as taking data from, say, a sheet and entering it into a spreadsheet.  Sure, the work can be mundane, but it can earn you some money.  Like transcribing audio, you can sign up for the many companies hiring and you can create a Fiverr service as well.  It’s up to you how you want to charge, but most will take a look at the project details and then charge based on how many hours it will take.

Web Research

As long as you feel you can research data online, this is another service you can offer.  From finding addresses to people’s names, it can be almost anything someone wants you to find. Usually, people will want a list of information and it’s up to you to compile it all and input it into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.    It doesn’t require much skill, only some simple Google searches.

Video Spokesperson

Believe it or not, but there are a lot of companies who are looking for people to promote their product on video.  As long as you don’t mind putting your face on video and recording a few sentences, usually praising the company, it’s something to consider.  Granted, there are a lot of video spokespeople online, but if you have the right look and can promote a product genuinely, you may get some bites.  Just make sure you post some examples so that businesses know what they may be purchasing.

Social Media Marketing

Honestly, marketing on social media doesn’t require you to be an expert.  In some cases, what you’re going to find is that some companies will need your help to promote their brand on social media.  This can include posting updates using the correct tags, commenting on other profiles using their account or even brainstorming some ideas.  Most businesses will let you know what’s expected from you.  If you’re good with social media, let it be known and see if any businesses want to work with you so that they can save some time.

Virtual Assistant

A virtual assistant can do almost anything.  Picture it as if you were a secretary at a local office.  It’s up to you to decide which services you want to offer, but it’s another option that requires very little skill.  From answering emails to data entry work, the list is endless.  If it sounds like something of interest, be sure to check out my free course to see how you can become one in today’s market.

Usability Testing

This is yet another one that doesn’t require a whole lot of skill.  Known as usability testing, it’s your job to beta test something, whether it be an app, new game, etc.  As long as you test something for a certain duration and report back with any bugs and/or your feedback, it’s another service you can offer.  Many companies need someone to do this, and I mention many companies that will bring you aboard right now, so you don’t have to worry about Fiverr.

Creating PowerPoint Presentations

PowerPoint is extremely easy to use, and you can use it to your advantage.  Consider creating presentations for those who may need your services.  And, if you think you need a ton of creative skills, you’re wrong, as there are thousands of templates online that can help your vision become a reality.

Calling

If you’re okay using the phone, you may be able to offer your services.  Many businesses will need you to either call previous clients or scour for new leads.  99% of the time, you will get the information you need to get started from businesses/individuals who need you.  This is a very in-demand option, so consider this route, again, as long as you’re comfortable on the phone.

Voiceovers

If you think that you have an okay voice, consider reading scripts for people.  In most cases, the client will send you a simple script and all you’re asked to do is read it in your voice.  Just make sure you offer a voice sample to show people what you can do.  While it isn’t 100% necessary, it may be wise to learn some basic audio editing skills to create a polished product.

Final Thoughts

As you can see, you don’t need a ton of skill to thrive on Fiverr.  In fact, there’s so much opportunity out there; you just need to start and take action.  However, some options may be more saturated than others.  Don’t let this discourage you, however, as you will have to brainstorm ways to create the best service in that regard.

If you like any of these ideas, create a Fiverr seller’s profile (it’s free) and start listing a service.  Again, you won’t get a sale overnight, but if you market yourself accordingly, anything is possible.  Once you get those sales and reviews, it is then when your sales can take off.

That’s going to wrap it up for now.  As always, if you want to add to the list and/or comment on what I have already written, you’re more than welcome to add to the comments section below.
