If you’re looking for apps that strictly pay PayPal cash, you’re in luck, as there are a ton of them.

In today’s guide, I wanted to talk about the many legitimate apps that you can download for free to earn PayPal cash in as little as an hour.  From completing surveys to playing games, there are a myriad of opportunities for almost everyone.  Granted, you won’t get rich downloading these apps, but you may earn up to $5 to $15 in a day.  Remember, I try to cover all angles, not just focusing on what can make you a full-time income.

As long as you have an Android or iPhone, you can get started with all of the apps I’m about to mention almost immediately.

Apps That Earn PayPal Money

PaidViewPoint

PaidViewPoint is a survey-like app, but what I like about the app is that you qualify for every survey you take.  This means that if you get an invite, you get paid for your time.  This is part of the company’s four core principles.

As long as you’re 13+ years old, you can cash out and start taking surveys.  Once you hit at least $15 in rewards, you can request your earnings via PayPal, which will be paid out within 72 hours.

It’s 100% free to join and you can find out more information by following the link below.

Swagbucks

Let’s start off the list with Swagbucks, an app/website that I have mentioned countless times.

Here, you can complete surveys, offers and even play games.  There’s a lot to do and it’s all straightforward.  I have found that the offers are your best way to earn cash, but surveys can be okay as well.  Last year, I earned more than $900+ using the app and it was very part time.  Expect to earn about $5 to $10 a day using it.

I would have to say that Swagbucks is one of the biggest in the industry, paying out more than $600 million in rewards to its users.  They offer a PayPal cash out option at a $5 minimum as well as hundreds of other gift card options.  They are 100% legitimate and it’s free to join.  Best of all, most of the time, they offer a $5 sign-up bonus when you join for the first time and meet the simple requirements.

Survey Junkie

The Survey Junkie app is one of my favorites as they seem to be one of the bigger names in the industry.  This means they network with a lot of companies, simply meaning there are a ton of survey options for you.

As the name proclaims, they only focus on surveys, and it’s your duty to answer the questions within the surveys.  Most pay anywhere from $0.20 to $2+ and will take up to 15 to 20 minutes at most to complete.

Survey Junkie is 100% free to join and you only need $5 to cash out via PayPal.

Qmee

Qmee is a simple survey app, where you simply answer the questions and get rewarded in doing so.  The nice thing about this app is that you strictly get cash, not points.

Aside from survey opportunities, you can also earn via deals, searching as well as taking pop quizzes.  Keep your streaks alive and the app will reward you with a 10% survey reward bonus.

This is another popular option with more than 1,000,000 downloads on the Google Play Store.

MyPoints

MyPoints is yet another one that’s owned by the powerhouse, Prodege, but I wanted to include it here as I have had a lot of luck with the survey offerings found on this platform.  For example, as I was writing this, I had more than 25+ survey offerings, many of which paid more than 300+ points.

From surveys to offers, you can earn thousands of points in one setting all via your phone or desktop computer.

As the many noted here, it’s 100% free to join, and yes, even offers a $10 sign-up bonus as long as you meet the requirements.

Poll Pay

Poll Pay is one of my favorite apps on this list that pays you out via PayPal.  In fact, I have reviewed it in the past if you’re interested in checking out how it works in detail.

What I liked most about this app is that you can take surveys and know what you’re getting paid.  They don’t use a silly points system; instead, it’s strictly cash.

The surveys are short and you can easily earn a few dollars a day logging in, all of which you can cash out via PayPal or even a variety of gift cards.

FeaturePoints

Get rewarded with the FeaturePoints app by taking surveys, playing games and even the instant win games.  Every action you complete earns you points in which you can later redeem for great rewards.

To date, the company has paid out close to $6 million to its members since 2012.  It’s as legit as they come.

Use your points to get rewards, including PayPal cash.  The app has more than 10 million downloads, making it one of the more popular apps on the list.

Toluna Influencers

Toluna Influencers offers simple survey invites, in which you can answer for a number of points.  On your dashboard, you will be able to see the topic, how long it will take as well as the number of points you can earn if you were to complete it.  Simply answer these questions to build up your point balance, in which you can eventually cash out for PayPal cash or a variety of other gift card options.

Toluna works with some of the biggest brands on the market, where you can help shape their future as well as share your insights.

It’s 100% free to join and is available via both the Google Play and iTunes store.

Make Money – Real Cash Rewards

The “Make Money – Real Cash Rewards” app by TV-TWO GmbH has a very basic name, but let’s not keep this off the list, as they have close ONE million reviews and more than five million downloads with a solid 4.8/5 rating.  It’s probably one of the highest rated apps that pay out via PayPal on the list.

From the looks of it, one of the main reasons they have a higher-than-average rating is due to having higher payouts and a lot more opportunities in comparison to their competitors.

On this app, you can try free apps, answer survey questions and complete tasks to earn credit rewards.  You can also get credits every time you check in for the day, as well as when you invite a friend.  There’s a lot to do to keep you busy.

After you hit $5 in rewards, you can cash out via PayPal.

Make Money – Real Cash App

Another app that works like the one mentioned prior, the Make Money – Real Cash App, operated by Mobile Media Labs FZ-LLC, will pay you via PayPal when you complete surveys, play games and download apps.  When I checked it out, it was very similar, but I did find some offers that were different, but there weren’t many.

This is another one that has a very high rating at a 4.8/5 with more than one million downloads.  It’s free to download and is available on the Google Play store.

You will need at least 3.5 million points, which is equal to $5 in PayPal cash.

Eureka

The Eureka app has more than 50,000 reviews with a solid 4.5/5 rating and a pinch more than 1,000,000 members.

The premise is simple.  Share your opinion and get rewarded in cash for every survey you complete.  Aside from surveys, you can also earn cash via the daily poll and even the opportunity to win $1,000 in the weekly raffle.

Said to be the top-paying survey app, you can get started in seconds.  The app offers instant cash out, with a PayPal option available.

appKarma

appKarma is a reward app that earns you points to play games, download apps and even play scratcher tickets, similar to that of the lottery.

It’s as easy as opening the app, seeing what’s available and then completing the task to earn your points.  For example, you may have to download an app and then reach a certain level.

Everything is completely free to download and pays out via PayPal.

AppNana

The AppNana app is one I have reviewed in the past.  It’s a very popular app on the Google Play store, rewarding you to download apps in exchange for “Nana” points.

Get daily points just for logging in as well as referring your friends.

As I write this, the app has a solid 4.4/5 rating with more than 10 million downloads.

InboxDollars

InboxDollars is another app owned by the same company as Swagbucks, Prodege.  It works in the same way, wherein you can complete offers, surveys as well as watch videos to earn cash, in which you can cash out for PayPal cash.  There’s a lot to do, and it’s not too hard to earn $5+ per day.

Most of the offers you see on here you will also see on Swagbucks, but I recommend you sign up for as many as possible as some may have exclusive offers you won’t find elsewhere.

InboxDollars is another free-to-join app that will give you a $5 bonus when you sign up.

Current

The Current app will pay you to play games and even listen to music.  It’s another one I have reviewed before if you want to see how it works in detail.

Most of your money will come from listening to more than 100,000 radio stations.  The more you listen, the more you can earn.  You can also add to your balance by trying new games, downloading apps and even watching short videos.  You won’t earn much, but I think you can earn a few dollars a week if you use it frequently.  Again, don’t expect to get rich.

Current is one of the larger apps on the list here with more than 10,000,000 downloads and a decent 4.3/5 rating.

Zap Surveys

Zap Surveys is unique in that it gives you a $6.25 head start in making money.  However, the only downfall is that you need at least $25 to cash out but don’t let that stop you.

With this app, you can earn real cash rewards, in which you can cash out for a variety of rewards, including PayPal cash.

The company offers guaranteed surveys daily as well as the exact dollar amount you can earn.

Receipt Hog

The Receipt Hog app will reward you to upload receipts from any purchases you make.  It’s one of the many that allows you to do so.  Simply take a picture after your purchase and then upload it to the app for coins.

Once you gather enough coins, you can then cash out via PayPal or choose from a variety of other gift card options.

Aside from snapping receipt pictures, you can also play daily slot machines to win big jackpots as well as enter monthly sweepstakes.  Read my review to see how it works in detail.

Curious Cat

The Curious Cat has more than 1.5 million downloads and a decent 4.3/5 rating.

The app pays out anywhere from 20 to 200 points per survey and you only need 100 points to cash out via PayPal.  Just answer questions honestly and get rewarded.

Curious Cat notes you can earn 100 points in as little as two minutes, making it one of the fastest apps to earn money on this list.

Rewardy

Rewardy seems to be a popular app on the Google Play Store with more than 65,000 reviews and 100,000 downloads.  Download the app and then complete any offer found on the list.

With the app, you can answer survey questions, download apps and even play games to earn credits, in which you can redeem for PayPal points.

It seems as if they work with your typical offer walls, so you will find a lot of the same offers on other websites/apps.  Worst case, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can always delete your account and uninstall the app.

Happy Surveys

This is another app that works like the many mentioned already.  Answer quick survey questions and/or complete tasks to earn points in which you can convert to cash.

To cash out via PayPal, you will need at least $10 in points.  At the moment, PayPal is the only option offered.

Final Thoughts

If you want apps that earn you PayPal money, here they are.  I tried to include as many as I could, but I know I’m missing some.  If I am, you can leave a comment below to let me know some of your favorites.

As always, I only recommend legitimate opportunities, so what you see above will make you some cash, albeit not much.  I mentioned it in the intro, but most of these apps may only make you $1 to $10 a day, it’s not much.

That’s going to wrap it for now.

All of the apps mentioned are 100% free to join and you can get started immediately.  How much earn will greatly depend on how hard you work.  As long as you use these apps honestly and have a verified PayPal account, you won’t have trouble earning some cash.
