Easy Bucks App Review: Why it’s Not Unique

Some of the links may be from a sponsor. Advertising Disclosure

Easy Bucks is a get-paid-to (GPT) app that tosses some rewards your way for completing offers and surveys.  It’s one of the many out there that pay you to play games, fill out surveys, test apps and even shop with your favorite brands.

Yes, it’s a legit app where you can indeed earn something, however, here’s the catch: just because it’s legit, it doesn’t mean it’s the best use of your time.

To figure that out, you need to understand how it works and the effort needed to see any real gains.

Getting Started

To join, you can do so either by connecting your Google or Apple account.  You can also sign up with a referral code if you choose do to so.

Once you sign in, you can immediately start earning cash with the various offers.

It doesn’t say exactly who can join, but it appears that it’s available in most countries.  To find out if your country can be used, just download the app and then see if it allows you to join.  If it does, you will more than likely be to join.

Earning Money on Easy Bucks

As noted, there are a variety of ways you can earn money on Easy Bucks, mainly paid offers, paid surveys and playing mobile games.  Let’s take a look at how each one works below:

Paid Offers

Once you’re logged in, either on the app or web version, you’re served with a list of offers you can complete If you’re new to this, paid offers are small tasks you can do for rewards. Mostly, you’ll be asked to play mobile games, but occasionally you might be asked to download other apps. Not too bad for variety, however, it’s not the best.

Keep your eyes peeled in the offerwalls section for more offers. There might not be as many as on other GPT platforms, but still a decent selection, at least from my experience.

One golden rule when working with paid offers – follow the instructions to a T. Any missteps and you won’t complete the offer or earn the rewards. So be sure to read and understand what’s required before you dive in. Once you complete the task, you’ll get the promised reward, measured in coins.  I will talk about what you can do with these coins a little later.

Paid Surveys

Easy Bucks also offers paid surveys as another way to earn. You’ll need to head over to the ‘Surveys’ section after logging in to check them out, but before you start, you’ll need to complete a profile survey, which is fairly standard among many survey sites.  The more they know about you, the more targeted these surveys can be. Once done, the survey opportunities will start rolling in. If you fail to fill out this survey profile, you will not find a lot of earning opportunities, unfortunately.

Now, the number of surveys is pretty good, but fair warning: you won’t qualify for all of them. The qualification process can be a bit of a hurdle. If you pass, you’re good to go, but if not, you’ll just need to move on to the next one. These surveys pay a little more than the paid offers, so prioritize them if you’re looking to maximize your earnings.

Playing Mobile Games

Now let’s chat about how you can gather some extra coins by playing mobile games.

Once you’re logged in to Easy Bucks, head over to the ‘Discover’ section to check out the featured games. Once you spot a game that piques your interest, just click on it. It’ll then take you to the app page where you can download and install it on your device.

Now, here’s the crucial part you need to remember: whenever you start a gaming session, ensure you open the game from the ‘Discover’ section on Easy Bucks, not directly from your device’s menu. Why? Because Easy Bucks won’t be able to track your playtime if you open it from your device. You’ll notice an option labeled ‘My Apps’ in the ‘Discover’ section on Easy Bucks. That’s where you need to go if you want to earn from playing the featured games.

As you play, you’ll receive a certain number of coins per minute, but there’s a catch you need to know about. Easy Bucks doesn’t readily share that the longer you stick with a particular game, the fewer coins you’ll rack up per minute.  So, if you see a ton of coins being earned in the beginning, this total will slowly trickle to nothing.

This kind of diminishing returns is pretty standard—it’s designed to keep users hopping between new games, which is how Easy Bucks makes their money. They’re paid to keep you playing their featured games.

So if you start to notice your coin income dwindling, my advice is to switch it up and move on to the next game. This way, you can keep your earnings as high as possible.

Referral Program

Last but certainly not least, you can earn coins through the Easy Bucks referral program. If you’re new to this, the concept is quite simple. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to get other folks to sign up for Easy Bucks.

You’ll share your invite code with them, reminding them to input it during the signup process. Do this, and they become your referral, instantly netting a 250-coin signup bonus.

As for you, every time your referral completes paid surveys, you earn a 15% commission. It’s a neat way to earn rewards passively but remember, this only works if your invitees are genuinely interested in earning. If not, your efforts in this area won’t amount to much.

How Do I Cash Out?

Alright, let’s discuss your payout options. You earn coins whenever you complete the tasks that Easy Bucks provides, but what are the coins worth?  You’ve got a few choices.

For one, you can convert your coins into cash via PayPal, or you can go the crypto route. For PayPal, you’ll need at least 10,000 coins to cash out $10. However, a small hitch comes with a processing fee of 500 coins, meaning you’ll need a total of 10,500 coins to transfer your earnings to your PayPal account.  This is a bummer since most apps don’t have a processing fee, at least the good ones.

If you’re into cryptocurrency, you’ll need to accumulate at least 15,000 coins. This amount will translate into $15 worth of your chosen cryptocurrency—Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Ripple, or Bitcoin Cash. Bear in mind, the processing fee for crypto redemption is a bit higher, costing you 1,900 coins.

You can also choose from a variety of gift cards, as you see above.  Most gift cards start at 10,000 coins.

In general, Easy Bucks’ payment system is fairly straightforward, and I appreciate the convenience of PayPal and crypto payout options. If you’re into easy payment methods, I suggest you look into other top sites that offer payment via PayPal.

However, the slightly high processing fees and payout threshold make Easy Bucks somewhat less appealing in my book.

How Much Can I Make?

How much you earn from Easy Bucks hinges on your level of activity. The app provides a decent number of opportunities to accumulate coins, so you could technically earn rewards regularly.

However, the rewards on offer aren’t as high as what you’d get from some of the top GPT sites and apps currently on the market. Therefore, you’ll need to put in more time to gather a reasonable amount. Essentially, the time-money ratio of Easy Bucks falls a bit short compared to more popular GPT platforms.

So, the earning potential of this platform isn’t fantastic. You’ll need to put in quite a bit of time to rake in a reasonable sum. But, it could serve as a handy side-earner, as there’s always something to do to accrue coins.

Final Thoughts

4/10In the end, Easy Bucks isn’t all that special.  While it’s legit, they use a platform known as BitBurst GmbH.  This means you will find these same offers on so many other sites.

If you do sign up, you won’t find much in terms of uniqueness.  So, instead of wasting your time here, I would recommend a much better option like Swagbucks or Superpay.me, to name a few.  Granted, you won’t get rich, but you can make a few dollars here and there.

That’s going to do it for now.
