Is the Lucky Miner App Legit? (Review)

The Lucky Miner (Cash App) has more than 1,000,000 downloads with an okay 4.2/5 rating.

With this app, you can discover new games every day, play them for free and then collect gold as you play.  There are a TON of these apps out there, most of which don’t pay all that much.  The same can be said about this app as well.

In today’s review, let’s take a gander at this app.  I will talk about what you can make, what you can expect as well as if it’s worth your time.  As in all of my reviews, I’m always 100% honest, only recommending what I feel is worth your time.

Earning Money

When you download the app, you will first be asked to connect your Facebook or Google account.  You can create an account on the platform as well if that’s what you want.  The sign-up process takes maybe one minute at most and you can start earning right away.

Keep in mind that with all of these apps, you will have to set permissions so that the app can track you.  This is done so that they can track your gaming process so that you’re rewarded accordingly.  If you don’t grant permissions, you won’t be able to use the app.

What you see above is the dashboard where you can earn money.  And, as you can see, you can earn in a few ways, including apps, games and surveys.

In each subheading below, I will talk about how each works.

Earning with Apps

This is how you’re going to make the most of your money with the app.

You can either choose from the “Featured” section, as seen on your home screen or you can click on that “Earn with apps” link.  Either way, it will take you to your earning opportunities.

These are mainly opportunities you can find on so many other app sites because they work with what’s known as a third-party offerwall.  These third-party companies provide them with the offers and they then push it to you, and they work with hundreds of companies like this.  They then share the profits once you complete an offer.  And, while there’s nothing wrong with this, you will find that the same offers are found almost everywhere.  You just need to find out who’s offering the best payout.

If you’re interested in completing any of these opportunities, just click on one of interest and see what you need to do.

For example, if we clicked on Bingo Island, we would see the following:

Every so many levels you reach, you will get paid.  Level 10 earns you 723 coins, whereas reaching level 40 earns you 17,587 coins.

In the fine print, you will see that only new users are rewarded and it’s valid for only 40 days after installation.

Whenever you do download an app, just make sure you read the fine print to know what’s expected of you.

Earning with Games

The “Earn with games” section will work in the same way as the apps, only that you will only see games.

Mostly, you will play games and get rewarded for every level you finish.

For example, the Idle Aqua Park game will pay you 48 coins for every level you complete.

Again, make sure you read the fine print to know how you’re going to get rewarded.

Earn with Surveys

Lastly, you can earn with surveys, but I don’t recommend this section as you can do much better with other survey sites such as Freecash, etc.

Like the apps, they work with a third-party called BitLabs, which you can find almost on any app; however, what you will find out is that these competitors will have many more options, not just one.

The surveys are okay, but if you do take them, just make sure they are worth your time.

Rewards

When it comes time to cash out, you will need to exchange your coins in for rewards.

When I was writing this, they had no rewards available, only “coupons,” which seemed to be quite worthless.  However, in the past, they did have PayPal and gift card options.  This seems to be at random.  If they do, every 1,000 coins are worth about $0.10 to put in perspective.

This is a big red flag because I don’t want to play the games and only find out that good rewards aren’t available at the moment.

Final Thoughts

0/10In the end, the app seems to be a dud and I would skip it.

I think there are much better apps out there, such as Mistplay and Freecash, to name a few.  You won’t get rich, but it’s an option, nonetheless.

While you can play games and make money, you will never make as much as you think.  Picture it as a small incentive to maybe try a game you already wanted to try.

That’s going to do it for now.

As always, feel free to comment on your experience below.
