Paid Survey Depot Review: Yet Another Sham

Paid Survey Depot is one of the many survey companies on the world wide web.  The question is if it’s worth your time.

In today’s review, I wanted to showcase the PaidSurveyDepot.com website and let you know what my thoughts are.  Can you make money?  Is it legit?  In my brief encounter with the website, I will let you know that the results won’t be that positive, unfortunately.

With so many survey sites out there, it’s important to separate the great from the bad, and I’m thinking this one belongs in the “bad” category.  It’s one of the main reasons I wanted to create this website.  I wanted to figure out which money-making ventures are not worth your time.  With so much noise out there, often coming from YouTubers and bloggers looking to push their garbage products, I wanted to take a different approach.  I just want to inform you, that’s it.

Whether you’re looking for a way to make more money online or maybe you came across the Paid Survey Depot name, let’s see what it’s all about.

How PaidSurveyDepot.com Works

PaidSurveyDepot.com works no differently than any other survey website, at least this is what it seems.  You will sign up, answer some simple demographic questions and then wait for survey invites to show up on your dashboard.  For every survey you complete, you get paid.  This isn’t the case, however, with the Paid Survey Depot.

In this case, they will make it seem as if you’re signing up for an account.  Instead, you will provide them with your email and they will then push multiple “offers” that make them money, not you.  As you’re about to see, once you complete your “profile,” you will never be able to log into an account or do anything.  Instead, your email is sold and you are then bombarded with spam.

The other thing that I didn’t like was that I couldn’t find much about the company.  In fact, when I searched the company’s name, not much came up, other than reviews such as these.  This is a huge red flag when joining.

Signing Up and the Junk Offers

To sign up, the company will first ask for your name as well as your email.

It’s not much, but I think there’s a reason as to why.  They want your email address and that’s it.

Immediately after you sign up, you will be presented with “offers” that make it seem like they are rare.  In this case, as you can see, there were only “3 spots” left, which we all know is a gimmick to get you to act fast.  This is a fairly common marketing scheme.

The thing is that you will want to skip these offers any time you see them.  None of these offers will provide you value nor will benefit you monetarily in any way.  It’s all a sham that only makes the website owner, in this case, PaidSurveyDepot, money.

After skipping a variety of offers, you are then taken to yet another offer page to complete your “sign up” process.  This seems to be the final page, at least it was for me.  It will look something like this…

This company doesn’t appear to have a connection with the Paid Survey Depot, and again, it will only make them money.  But, in the end, you may sign up and start receiving surveys, but it’s not because of this site.  It’s only because they make a commission off this company and want to get their cut.

If you were to follow through with this, and I DON’T recommend you do, they will then bombard you with a variety of scam offers.  It’s not worth your time.

Getting Paid

As mentioned, you won’t get paid by the Paid Survey Depot, as you will never be a member.  They are just pushing products in hopes you sign up so that they make a commission. With that being said, you will never see a payout that comes directly from them.  Picture it almost like a middleman of sorts, that’s it.

Now, if you were to sign up for an offer, some of them are legit, but it all depends on who you sign up with.  If you ever sign up with any of these offers, just make sure you search the company’s name before you join to ensure it’s legit.

Final Thoughts

0/10In the end, I would pass 110% on the Paid Survey Depot.  It’s just a middleman that promotes a lot of garbage that just makes them money.  Plus, they are going to spam your e-mail address, which isn’t cool.

If you want to make money with surveys, it can be done; you just need to know where to look.  For now, check out my surveys that pay quick guide and 26 of the best survey apps.  I can assure you everything on that list is legit.

That’s going to do it for now.
