Perksy is said to be a “next-gen, DIY consumer insights platform that powers real-time research with Millennials and Gen-Z.” In other words, it’s another app that pays you to answer simple questions, however, it’s much different than the survey apps you may be used to. It’s actually fun!
If you’re a fan of these money-making apps like I am, then you may want to consider the Perksy app.
In today’s review, let’s take a gander at the app, seeing how it works, what you can make per month as well as if it’s worth it. As in all of my reviews, I always remain honest, only recommending something I would use.
What Is the Perksy App?
The Perksy app is a market research app of sorts that will pay you for your opinions, that’s it. And, the unique thing about this app, at least when I was playing around with it, is that the surveys are short, simply meaning you won’t find those long and tedious 25-minute surveys that only pay out $0.45. It’s as easy and clicking on an emoji in some cases. And, if that’s not enough, you never disqualify for a survey, either, which means you will always get a reward.
The Perksy app was founded by Nadia Masri, whose sole mission was to provide the “most comprehensive, contextual, and innovative consumer insights platform on the market for brands.” It’s definitely legitimate.

How Does Perksy Work?
The app is fairly straight forward to use. Perksy uses a term, known as “Stacks.” Simply put, it’s another term for surveys, wherein you will answer multiple-choice questions and/or even write out a short answer. Most of these Stacks take no longer than five minutes to finish and are very easy to complete.
For instance, when you log in, a Stack could look something like this…
Each Stack, before you complete it, will let you know how long it will last, when it expires as well as how many points you can earn. So, in that example, it would only take two minutes to complete.
When you click on the “Start Now” button, you’re then presented with a few questions, again, lasting no longer than a few minutes. Here’s an example of what a question can look like:
Again, the questions can be multiple choice, short answer based and/or a mix of the two. It’s very easy to complete, and upon completion, you can earn points in which you can cash out for a variety of rewards. I will get into this next.
These Stacks come and go, but I do recommend you at least turn on your notifications so that you’re alerted any time a new Stack is available.
How Much Can I Make?
Like a lot of the apps I review, it’s hard for me to give a definite answer, but playing around with it, I feel as if you could earn up to $5 a month, maybe more, maybe less. It’s going to come down to your demographic as well as how fast you are at snagging Stacks. Remember, if you don’t turn on your notifications, you may miss out on a lot of opportunities.
For every Stack you complete, you could make anywhere from $0.10 to $0.50+ in points. It just depends on the Stack you’re completing as well as your demographic profile.
Of course, you’re not going to get rich in using the app, but I think we knew this anyway as this is always the case with most of these survey apps.
Of course, you’re not going to answer questions for anything, so thankfully, Perksy offers you rewards for every point you earn. Right now, for every 100 points you earn, this is equivalent to $1. And, the points you earn can be redeemed for a variety of gift cards, from Nike to Amazon and Uber, to name a few. They have quite a few. In fact, when I was writing this, they had more than 100+ gift card choices to choose from.
I’m almost certain there’s something that you will want.
Once you redeem your points, you can find your reward instantly in the “My Perks” section. Just click on the reward and it will bring up the value and code you need to use to redeem it.
What the Internet Is Saying
As in all of my reviews, I love to comb the web and figure out what other people are saying. After all, the review isn’t all about me, right? Listed below, I checked out a few third-party websites and broke down both the pros and cons I had found.
- more than 100+ gift card options
- surveys are much different than your traditional survey apps
- it’s a lot of fun
- easy and simple to use
- nice interface
- won’t pay much
- some demographics report not receiving a lot of Stacks
- no Android option
- no PayPal
For now, at least check it out and enable your notifications to see how many Stacks you can receive. You may find that it’s worth keeping on your phone. If not, you can always delete it and call it a day. To me, it was one of the easiest ways to make a few dollars on your phone.
Now, I will leave it up to you.
