Survey Rewardz Reviews: How Much Can You Earn?

According to their official website, Survey Rewardz claims to be the “most popular market research community.”  While I wouldn’t say this is true, at least based on my research, it’s a market research community, nonetheless.

If you want to earn rewards while taking surveys, it’s one of the hundreds of options available in the crowded market research industry.  As there are quite a few duds out there, I try to review as many as I can to let you know which ones are worth your time, and of course, which ones are not.

In today’s review, I wanted to check out Survey Rewardz.  I will sign up and see how much you can make, how you can sign up as well as if it’s worth your time.  As always, all of my reviews are 100% legit, and I only recommend platforms I would use.

With that being said, let’s jump in and check out the Survey Rewardz to see how much you could make.

How to Sign up for Survey Rewardz

To sign up for Survey Rewardz, the process is extremely simple, and you can sign up in one of two ways:  either by connecting your Facebook account or creating a unique account on the site.

If you do decide to create an account (which I did), you will just need to provide your email and a password so that you can access your dashboard in the future.

The entire process takes 20 seconds at most, and you can access your dashboard right away.

To qualify, you need to be at least 13+ to join, however, if you are younger than 18, you do need parental consent.

Your Survey Rewardz Dashboard

After you sign up, you can enter your dashboard, which is going to look something like this:

It’s pretty straight-forward, as you can see, and it’s what you see if you use your desktop.  The website is mobile-friendly and will look something like this on your phone, but it will be more condensed.  You can complete surveys, withdraw from your account, contact support as well as refer your friends if you want to.  There’s not much to it.

Surveys

To earn cash on the platform, it will be done via the complete surveys link as noted above in my screenshot.  Whenever you click on that link, it will direct you to a random survey, and it will look something like this:

Unlike most survey companies, where you can choose from a ton of surveys on the list, this isn’t the case with Survey Rewardz.  It appears they will randomly pick out a survey and you will either have to start answering questions or you can close it out.  This can be a huge downfall as the surveys seem to be at random and there’s no guarantee you will qualify as they know nothing about you.  If you don’t like what you see, you can close it out and go back to the same link.

Remember, with any of these panels, make sure you answer the questions honestly as they do use a quality score system.  The higher this number is, the greater your chances of receiving surveys are.  If this number drops, you may risk being suspended.

You can see your quality score in your top menu bar.

How Many Surveys Will I Get?

It appears the company will continue to send you surveys almost all the time as it looks like they work with a variety of third-party survey partners.  But, just because you see these surveys, it doesn’t mean you’re going to get approved.  Like many survey sites, you should plan on qualifying for about 10 to 20% of the surveys you click on if that.

According to the FAQ, there’s no maximum as to how many you can complete.  In some cases, the surveys can disappear, but they will replenish throughout the day, so they do encourage you to check back in.

How Much Do the Surveys Pay?

Like most survey panels, you won’t get rich.  In fact, you will be lucky enough to make a few dollars a day.  Some platforms are great, whereas some can be okay.  Some can be outright crappy.  In this case, I think Survey Rewardz falls in the middle as most of their surveys pay about $0.50 to $1 each, the industry average.  It’s not the best, and it’s not the greatest.

Rewards

The nice thing about Survey Rewardz is that they use a very simple cash balance system.  What you see is what you get.  There’s no confusing point system nor do you have to figure out a wacky math formula.

To cash out, you will need at $2 in rewards to start redeeming, but this minimum will depend on which gift card you want to redeem your cash points for.  As I was writing this, these were the rewards they were offering.  Next to each reward, I put the minimum required in parenthesis.

  • Amazon ($5)
  • Virtual Visa ($5)
  • Panera ($2)
  • PayPal ($5)
  • Best Buy ($5)
  • Dunkin Donuts ($5)
  • iTunes ($5)
  • Regal Cinema ($5)
  • Home Depot ($10)
  • Walmart ($5)
  • Xbox ($15)

Once you cash out, it can take up to five business days to receive your reward.

The Pros

  • low payout minimum
  • free to join
  • many surveys pay $1
  • seem to be a lot of survey invites

The Cons

  • don’t get to choose which surveys you want to complete
  • lots of disqualifications
  • no PayPal option

Final Thoughts

5/10Survey Rewardz seems to be alright, but it’s not one I would put in my top ten.  The reason I don’t like this site is that you can’t choose from a list of surveys.  Instead, they just push random surveys to you, all of which vary in compensation.  Plus, unlike most survey sites that make you a profile survey of sorts in the beginning, Survey Rewardz doesn’t do this.  Because of this, I don’t receive targeted surveys, which means a lot of disqualifications.  This can cause a lot of frustration.

While Survey Rewardz isn’t a scam, I wouldn’t recommend it as there are much better options you can spend your time with if you want to complete surveys such as Swagbucks and Survey Junkie, to name a few.  These companies let you choose from a massive list and you can make much more, I promise you that.  Just remember that you won’t get rich with these survey sites, but you can definitely make $100+ a month if you log in every few days.

As always, if you want to comment on Survey Rewardz or you have a question regarding it, you’re more than welcome to use the comment section below.
