City Rush App Review: What You Can Earn

The City Rush app is said to be the “hottest earning app,” at least according to the developer.  Of course, a developer can say anything, but is this true?

It’s one of the many games that pay you to play, but from what I have found in my experience, these apps technically don’t pay all that much, unfortunately.  I’m talking a few dollars a month.

Whether you have heard of the City Rush app and want to learn more about it or maybe you want to find another game to play that rewards you, let’s see what it’s all about.

As in all of my reviews, I’m always 100% honest and only recommend what I feel is worth your time.

Earning Money with the City Rush App

To start earning money with the app, you will have to connect cities and islands.   And, a locked island will be unlocked when you have enough coins, as well as a key, and the nearest state is open.  You will be able to see how much an island will cost whenever you log in and view your main screen.

Throughout the game, you will drag and connect these cities to create a road to unlock these islands.  It’s pretty simple and honestly, quite boring.

Whenever you do, you can unlock cities, upgrade them as well as proceed to new levels. When you connect a city, you will earn a reward.

Simply put, you will want to connect cities, but in doing so, you will have to watch A LOT of ads, but this is said with any games that work like this.  Whenever you see a game that “pays” you, more often than not, they are going to make you watch more ads than usual so that they can make their money.

In the end, all you need to do is drag the city to one another, watch an ad, and then watch your coin balance increase.

Rewards

As you earn coins, you will eventually be able to cash out, however, this is where you’re going to get annoyed with the app.

In the beginning, the app will give you a TON of coins, making it seem as if you’re going to get close to the cash out, however, when you get close, the coins trickle to a stop and you will never hit the cash out threshold.

If you don’t believe me, check out the most liked reviews on the app:

As you can see, this is a VERY common complaint, and it’s going to happen to you, and if you have ever played any game offered by the Givvy corporation, they are known to play this gimmick.  It’s not worth your time.

Even if you were to cash out, you would need at least $0.35 in rewards, which is 350,000 coins!  As the app gives you about 1 coin per second as a passive income, this doesn’t add up as it can slow down.  Plus, as you watch the ads, your payment will be very low.

To put it simply, it will take you DAYS to earn a dollar or two.  It’s not worth it.

Final Thoughts

0/10In the end, I never recommend any GIVVY app.  They waste your time, the games are boring and you will maybe earn a few dollars a month if that, and that’s if you play it hours a day.  If you like the idea of watching hundreds of ads for pennies, then sure, sign up.  If not, skip it.  Trust me, it’s not worth it.

That’s going to do it for now.

As always, feel free to sound off below if you want to.
